Reported by Max

When we came into class we were as loud as booming thunder.  Then Zac yelled,”I brought gum!”  Once we got in our seats, we got out our morning journals, and wrote about Ground Hog Day.  Afterwards, we studied about immigrants in the 1920’s.

Next was lunch, the best time of the day.  Everyone was busy doing something then.  After that we had to finish our state reports in the library.  During that time, Jackson said, ”The cow says moo.”  A few minutes later it was time for recess, another good time of the day.

Afterwards, everyone came in to work on our poems about emotions with similes.  Then we had science.  During science, we were talking about man made disasters and natural disasters.  Finally, it was time to leave.   That is a day in the fifth grade.
