Reported by David F.

We started the day as usual with announcements.  Then Pippa read her roving reporter report. It was good. She also read Zandra's, which was good, too.  Soon, Josh passed out Number the Stars folders.  We talked about musical instruments, and then we used our folders.

Miss Martin told us something like a story. After that we had math, everyone's favorite subject. Ha-ha!  We talked about shapes that were irregular.  Vinny showed us how to figure the area.  Kevin came up to show us again.  Miss Martin explained further and we did more math. Ugh!

We were thrilled that we were able to go to the Science Fair.  We had a guest speaker who talked about fire safety, which we had to answer more questions. After that, we had lunch, which was fine.

Then we had Guidance and in grammar we colored. Later, we went to art. We drew flowers. Then we had recess, the time when people are supposed to be free. Today, recess was short. Jackson said, "That wasn't twenty minutes."

Then Vinny and Kevin showed their attic boxes and they were good. The day finally ended with much to do; homework. Just three days more until break. Hurrah!
