Our group
could be called the "Dear Abby" advisors for Green School
questions.
We made
six question or suggestion boxes out of shoe boxes. We covered
them with green paper, decorated them, and placed them in the
K-5 classrooms.
Each
time we meet for our Reporting Exploratory, we bring the boxes
and open them to see if there are any questions or suggestions.
Here are
some sample questions that may be asked:

can we recycle at University School?
2. Where
can we recycle at University School?
3. What
are some things we can reuse and reduce?

1. How
does the Earth turn?
That is a very good question! Thank you for asking. The Earth
turns around the sun. Gravity helps the Earth stay in place.
2. Can
milk cartons be recycled?
Yes!
You can definitely recycle the milk cartons if they are washed
out.
3. Tip
for our Green School: Make a Green School Pledge.
We
think this is a great idea and we will be working on making a
pledge, soon. Thanks for the great idea!
