Foundations of Early Childhood: Designed oral intensive guidelines to comply with university
requirements for Oral Intensive component in undergraduate major
course. Designed oral presentation activities that linked students with
area media resources.
Literacy
in Early Childhood: Designed a cooperative learning experience
between University students and at-risk pre-schoolers from the
Children’s First Center in Johnson City. This experience provided
university students with practice in recognizing literacy behaviors and
designing book experiences that nurtured those behaviors.
Designing Learning Environments for Young Children: Designed activities that linked
research with practice through on-site visits and evaluations of a
variety of learning environments.
Clinical

in implementing effective techniques in the classroom, and served as a
