Beginning Instrumental Music
Instrumental Music 1 credit: Beginning instruction on a band or orchestral instrument. Ensemble playing and performance will be emphasized. Scheduled performances are a part of the grade for this class. Prerequisite: A desire to play an instrument.
During the first week of school information will be given to students and parents in grades 6 - 8 about the beginning instrumental program. Students will have the opportunity to sign up to take the class.
We teach the basic wind, persussion and string instruments.
