MyGradebook.com Instructions
www.mygradebook.com
Parents and students,
As school begins, you will receive
login instructions from each of your teachers to access your grades in
their classes. Instead of having six or more different logins to
remember, you can now link all your classes to one login and password.
- Create Your
Primary Login ID
- Go to
http://www.mygradebook.com
- Click on view your grades on the right of
the screen.
- Click on single class login.
- Log in to one of your classes using the
classword and password provided to you by your teacher.
- After you login, click on the My Account
(top of the screen) and then click on the Create Primary Login
button.
- Write down or remember your Primary Login
ID and password so you can link it to your other classes.
- Click the Logoff
link located in the top right corner of the screen.
-
Link other classes to your Primary Login ID
- Repeat steps 1-4 above
- Click on the My Account tab and then click
the Link To Primary Login button.
- Enter your Primary ID and password.
- Click the Save Link button.
- Click the Logoff link located in the top
right corner of the screen.
- Repeat these
steps for any other class you want to link to this primary
login.
- Using your Primary
Login ID
After you have linked your classes to your Primary Login ID, use the
“Multiple Class Login” button to login using your Primary Login ID.
After you login using your Primary Login ID, you will notice a
Linked Class drop-down box near the top of the screen. Use the
Linked Class drop-down box to quickly switch between all of your
linked classes. If you want to add more of your classes at a later
time, simply repeat Steps 2-5 above in the section titled "Linking
your classes to your Primary ID".
** NOTE ** Primary Login IDs that have not been accessed in
over six months are automatically deleted.
