The first meeting with the rising senior class is generally held in December of the Junior year to provide CV and Personal statement examples, specialty information and resources. Thereafter, several meetings [and individual sessions] are held to provide additional information relating to the residencyapplication process.
The American Academy of Family Physicians has published an excellent step-by-step booklet " Strolling Through the Match" which explains the residency application process.
The distribution of ERAS / NRMP material occurs generally in early July and Residency Programs have access to ERAS files in September.
Previous graduates of ETSU College of Medicine who wish to re-enter the match, must submit an email listing their full name, current address, phone number and graduation date.
