Recognizing this reality, we have partnered to create a new learning institute designed to teach interprofessional healthcare teams strategies that serve their communities, inspire their colleagues, and create effective leaders.

Target Audience:
SYNC is open to health care teams with up to five clinical members from diverse disciplines. Each team must include a physician and a registered nurse

Overall Conference Objectives:

As a result of attending this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Understand the changing landscape of healthcare and the strategic implications for organizations.
  • Understand the potential of interprofessional collaboration for organizational success.
  • Effectively engage in collaborative teamwork and leadership.
  • Apply collaborative teamwork and leadership principles through a Capstone Project addressing an organizational challenge.
