Welcome to the web page for obtaining credit for remote attendance at Women and Heart Disease on June 11.  There are four steps to your receiving credit for attendance.  These are the same steps you would follow if you had attended the conference in person.  You have 5 days from the conference to complete these 4 steps.  If you have any problems or any questions, send us an email or call us during business hours at 423-439-8027.  If you are not computer savvy, and would like to complete these in paper form, contact us at the above number and we can make those arrangements.
