Our Services
We manage and coordinate care for people with all types of acute and chronic illnesses. We provide Medical Care for all ages:

- Well Exams

- Cardiac Stress Tests
- Spirometry for Breathing Assessment
- EKG's for Heart Assessment
- Skin Procedures
- Scopes to Nose, Large Intestines and Stomach
- Biopsy for Abnormal PAP Smears
- Psychological Visits
- Social Worker Visits
Due to our training and the scope of our practice, we are pleased to be able to provide care without potential limitations imposed by gender, age or part of the body involved and to coordinate with any other physicians or services that you may need. Moreover, if you need to go into the hospital, we will take care of you there, too! And someone from our practice is always available after hours, on weekends and holidays if you need us.

Our office is open 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except
holidays.
Appointments
Office hours are by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call our office switchboard at (423) 439-6464 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
If you or other members of your family become acutely ill, we offer walk-in availability between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You will be seen as quickly as possible by the first available physician. At this time we do not take walk-ins between 11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Our goal is by early summer, we will be accepting walk-ins during the lunch period.
If you are unable to keep an appointment for any reason, please call us to cancel as soon as possible so that other patients who need to be seen can be scheduled at that time. Repeatedly failing to notify can threaten your membership in our practice.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, medical emergencies may make it necessary to delay or reschedule your office visit. If rescheduling is unavoidable, a new appointment will be offered at the earliest convenience.
ETSU Family Medicine and Associates is not accepting new patients whose primary problem is management of pain.

Our telephone number is (423) 439-6464. We do have an automated answering system to assist you in being connected with the correct department when you call our office. Our staff is trained to respond to your questions. Sometimes, in order to answer your questions, your message may be relayed to your doctor and your call will be returned as soon as possible. If you have an emergency, please let our staff know so that we may handle it accordingly.
