Thank you for your interest in the ETSU Family Physicians of Kingsport Residency Program. We are excited about our residency practice, and look forward to sharing our enthusiasm with you. Brochures and websites all start to look alike. We encourage you to come visit us in person and learn first-hand what makes us different!

We are dedicated to providing excellent patient care while also creating a dynamic educational process for you. You have only three years to go from student to private practice. During residency practice you will experience life--its joys and challenges. We have created a place where you can use these events as essential
growth opportunities. We are here to help you evaluate your support system and coping skills, to redefine your personal and professional boundaries, and to rediscover what led you to family medicine in the
first place. It is not easy, or always pleasant, to grow and mature. But residency is the time to do it. We are honored to be able to help you in this process. Your trust will be rewarded!
