|“Always help others in their hour of
“Achieve excellence in everything you do in life.”
These words are not just sentiments, but values my parents taught me by example. My desire to be in the medical profession was ignited by these words of my parents. I was born in Pakistan and received my medical education from King Edward Medical University. I came to Johnson City in 2007 with my husband Monam, who is now a graduate of the Johnson City Program, and we fell in love with this place due to its scenic beauty.
|I feel very lucky to be a part of
the residency program at ETSU. My long-term goals include
raising a wonderful family and using the knowledge I acquire
here to be a good family physician. Achieving both of these
goals will bring me much personal satisfaction and pleasure.
