Each department has the ability
to manage its own calendar. Each department can have 1
to 5 "
event administrators" who will add events to their
departmental calendar(s). Events on departmental calendars will
optionally also be displayed on the Main COM
calendar. Links can be placed on departmental pages to display
any desired calendar(s). The Main COM calendar (and a list of
departmental calendars) is accessible from the COM home page.
Private calendars can be setup for resource scheduling (for instance conference rooms, multimedia equipment) etc. These calendars can be password protected, if desired.
