Arlene Bennett

Arlene Bennett | OFFICE MANAGER

A self-taught artist, Arlene Bennett enjoys working with oils, pastels, and acrylics. She also enjoys gardening, outdoor activities, and reading. She is very active in her church and has traveled to several different countries on mission trips. She is administrative assistant to the department chair. She assists in faculty recruitment and budget planning. Arlene has been in the department since 1988 and has watched the department flourish.

Debbie Berry

Debbie Berry | SECRETARY

Debbie Berry's hobbies include throwing horseshoes, cooking, reading, and socializing with her friends. Living in Elizabethton with her husband Keith, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren and grand-dogs. As a secretary in the department, Debbie monitors the procedure case log system for the residents and assists with didactics each week. After 23 years of factory work, Debbie finds her new career at ETSU interesting.

Patti Davison

Patti Davison | RESIDENCY COORDINATOR

A native of East Tennessee, Patti loves her role as coordinator. "My residents are caring, compassionate, fun-loving, wonderful individuals, which makes my work enjoyable and full of surprises!" she says. Patti feels that assisting her residents along their journey of becoming a physician is an honor. In addition to trying to make the residents' lives somewhat paper-free and stress-free, she conducts the administrative duties necessary for our program's accreditation.

 Brandi Nave

Brandi Nave | CLERKSHIP COORDINATOR

Brandi lives in Johnson City with her husband Andrew and her four doggies. She has four children and two grandchildren. She enjoys reading, cooking, movies and spending time with family and friends. In her role as Clerkship Coordinator, Brandi is essentially the “den mother” to all 3rd  and 4th year medical students as they rotate through the ETSU Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She also serves as administrative support to the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs.

 Allison Wallace

Allison Wallace | RESIDENCY SECRETARY

Allison is a Washington County native and ETSU alumni. She enjoys arts and crafts, and in her spare time likes to decorate cakes and write short stories. She is an active volunteer in multiple community organizations including her church and the local Shriners. As the Residency Secretary, Allison acts as administrative support for the Program Director, the Residency Coordinator, and the OB/GYN Residents.  Her duties include assisting with weekly didactics, resident travel and invoicing, the procedure case log system, and New Innovations.
