| Health Insurance |
|
All students are required to purchase and maintain health insurance as a condition of enrollment at the College of Medicine. This requirement may be satisfied by purchasing insurance through the student insurance program, or by providing proof that you have comparable insurance through an alternate provider. All students must provide the Student Support Services Office evidence of health insurance by completing the Insurance Declaration Form on an annual basis. The form, along with the submission due date, will be emailed to all medical students. Failure to respond will result in the premium being automatically included on the Fall fee bill. The Student Support Services Office is advised of changes to the student insurance program in the summer by the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR). Benefits, premiums, and conditions are subject to annual change. To view or print the brochure for the 2012-13 student health insurance program, please click here. |
| Professional Liability Insurance |
