In an effort to provide improved information to students and parents regarding the cost of education at East Tennessee State University, we have changed the grouping of tuition, fees, and housing charges reflected in the online account statement. The charges shown on the student account statement may include the following:

• Tuition - formerly maintenance fees

• Out-of-state tuition - no change

• Registration fees - includes: debt service, general access, and SGA activity fee

• Program and service fees - includes: PO box fee, DIGM fee, Business Course fee, Science Course fee, Art Supply fee (any program related fees)

• RODP fees - no change

• Housing (and Board, if applicable) - includes: Dorm rent, Buc Ridge rent, Buc Village rent, utilities, damages
