• Drop off completed forms at the Bursar's Office or at a Cashier's window.

• Or mail to ETSU, Office of the Comptroller, P.O. Box 70732, Johnson City, TN 37614

• Forms must be returned to us in person or by mail in a timely manner. Failure to do so is the same as if you fail to make your payments on time and can cause your loan to be called in default.

• Once your loan has defaulted, we cannot process past due deferments or cancellations. 

• After we receive the form and process it, you will receive an approval form in the mail that will state your new due date. 

• Another form or payment will be due in this office by your new due date. If you do not receive this approval form within two weeks, please call notify our office.  We cannot be responsible for forms lost in the mail.

• Please allow two weeks processing time.
