The ETSU College of Public Health is the school of choice for students
who want an exceptional educational experience in a world-class environment

Mission Statement

  • To provide students a high quality educational experience focused on excellent teaching, research training, and practical skills
    to prepare them for a diverse and inter-professional workforce.
  • To advance science through research focused on identifying causes of and practical solutions to important health challenges.
  • To create an environment that is personally and professionally rewarding for faculty, staff, and students.
  • To use our expertise to improve the health status of all people including those in underserved communities through education,
    evidence-based advocacy, collaborative research, and partnerships.

Core Values
