The deadline date for each is February 1st.
Important: When sending GRE scores for consideration for admission at ETSU use the GRE ETSU College of Public Health code: 7333. There is a different code for other programs at ETSU but if it is used the score will not be reported to SOPHAS.
Application for the graduate certificates should be done through the East Tennessee State University School of Graduate Studies. Admission to the undergraduate program in public health is only conditional on admission to the University. Application guidance for the dual degree MD/MPH program can be found at the MD/MPH homepage.
