The field experience (PUBH 4850) is the culminating course in your quest for a B.S. Public Heath degree and is intended to challenge you to practically observe and apply the knowledge and skills presented in your previous courses.  This opportunity is made possible through the cooperative efforts of the university, the College of Public Health and a broad array of public and private health organizations.

You are about to experience a “real world” practice setting.  This is a unique and superb opportunity for you, but you will only realize the full potential by putting forth your utmost initiative and effort.    Dive in, be inquisitive and make the most of this experience.  Seek every opportunity to demonstrate your competence and test your skills for your future endeavors.
