Checklist for Application Phase

All of the following must be completed on or before the February 15, 2012 deadline:

  1. Application materials to ETSU Graduate School (see below for complete list)
  2. Application materials to the Dietetic Internship Centralized Application system (DICAS) (see below for complete list)
  3. D&D Digital Computer Matching (see computer matching page)

Send all the following to the ETSU School of Graduate Studies

  • Application for ETSU Graduate Studies
  • Application fee of $25 Domestic/ $35 International
  • Official transcripts from all college coursework (no copies)
  • Application essay (may use the same application essay submitted to DICAS)
  • GRE scores
  • Three (3) reference letters (may use the same references and forms submitted to DICAS)

The ETSU DI Program will participate in the Dietetic Internship Centralized Application System (DICAS). Applicants will provide the following materials to DICAS at http://portal.dicas.org

  1. Official transcripts from all college coursework (No copies)
  2. Three (3) reference letters
  3. Application essay
  4. Verification Statement or Declaration of Intent to Graduate (No Copies)
  5. ADA Supervised Practice Application
  6. GRE scores
  7. All fees that apply
The ETSU DI Program participates in computer matching. Applicants can prioritize their DI preferences through D&D Systems at http://www.dnddigital.com/. The ETSU MS/DI accepts up to eight (8) students annually. A pre-select option is available for up to four (4) students currently enrolled in the dietetics programs at ETSU.
