Mid-term and Final Exam
Proctoring Dates and Contact Information
Location:
Room 118, Sherrod Library
Main ETSU Campus, Johnson City
Mid-term Exam Proctoring
Dates and Times:
Monday, October 12th, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, October 14th, 12:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Final Exam Proctoring
Dates and Times:
Thursday, December 10th, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monday, December 14th, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Please schedule your exam in time to complete it before the end of the proctoring period as noted above. This is very important due to lab availability.
To schedule proctoring on the main campus, please send to the following information in an email to greever@etsu.edu:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Instructor's name
- Instructor's email (not the internal eLearn address)
- Instructor's phone number
- Course name
- Course number including section number
- Semester and year
- Date and time proctor needed from the available dates
I will confirm your proctoring appointment with your instructor after receiving your information.
Alternate Locations:
Proctoring may also be arranged at the ETSU Kingsport location if desired. Please send in the requested information and we will work with you to find a mutually convenient time and date.
You may also select an approved proctor at another TBR institution as specified on the RODP website at: http://www.rodp.org/students/proctor.htm. The following website contains information about the TBR proctoring locations: http://www.rodp.org/students/proctorsites.htm.
If you do not live near a proctoring site, please work with your instructor to make arrangements with another proctor.
