The NADE Executive Board will make decisions about final budget allocations at its spring meeting and will contact appointed SPIN leaders with budget decisions shortly thereafter.

*Note:  The majority of the SPIN budget will be geared towards mailing the second edition of Best Practices in Developmental Mathematics, which is being edited by Thomas Armington.  We have money (approximately $200) from outside the NADE-provided budget from the sale of the first edition.  Tom is currently negotiating with a textbook publisher to print and bind the books at no cost to NADE or the SPIN; our only real cost would be for postage to mail copies to current members of the SPIN.  Other printing and postage needs would be to mail the newsletter to the very few members for whom we do not have e-mail addresses.
