NADE MathSPIN logo Possible Goals and Presentation Ideas for 2004-05



During the annual SPIN meeting at the NADE conference, the 80 people attending had a brainstorming session. Below are goals suggested for 2004-05 as well as possible topics for presentations at next year's conference.

1.    Sponsor session(s) at NADE 2005.
2.    Continue discussions on Yahoo group.
3.    Publish newsletters.
4.    Investigate having subcommittees.
5.    Publish proceedings of math sessions from recent conferences.
6.    Develop a resource list and compilation of software reviews both as a column in the newsletter and a part of the web site.
7.    Develop a bibliography on how to help someone teach math.
