1. Short-Term Goals (One Year)

Sponsor one or more sessions at NADE 2005.
Continue discussion on Yahoo e-mail group.
Publish three newsletters.
Look towards publishing proceedings of math sessions from NADE conferences.

2. Accomplishments to Date

We have submitted proposals for SPIN-sponsored sessions and recruited members to put them together.
No activity has taken place on the Yahoo group recently, but after the fall semester starts, we anticipate that discussions will resume
A brief newsletter was published on the web in June, and another one is in preparation for early fall.
A call for volunteers to work on the proceedings has been issued in the June newsletter (with no response to date) and will be repeated in the next newsletter.
All available back issues of printed SPIN newsletters from the archive have been scanned and published on the Math SPIN website.
Daryl is investigating the how much money and effort it would take to reserve the domain name www.nademathspin.org so that this could be a permanent address that would forward to any future webmaster’s account.

We have not yet heard back from the Board on our budget for this year. Perhaps it has not been acted on yet, or perhaps it was lost in the mail.
