Goals for this year:
1) Publication and distribution of “Best Practices in Developmental Mathematics”  booklet
2) Two SPIN-sponsored “discussion sessions” at NADE2003 conference
3) Three newsletters
4) Distribution of membership directory to new members
5) Continued development of SPIN web site and listserv

Accomplishments to date:
1) Publication of “Best Practices” booklet (currently in the process of distribution)
2) Proposals submitted to NADE2003 conference committee  for two SPIN-sponsored discussion sessions
3) Spring newsletter was printed and distributed in April

Recommendations for future action:
Continuation of current goals
Request full budget support from NADE Board
