The Department of Public Safety wishes to remind students and staff that bicycles, skate boards, scooters, and other similar vehicles or toys which are used on campus sidewalks or public thoroughfares must be operated in such a manner so as not to jeopardize the safety and well-being of pedestrians.

The use of bicycles and other specified play vehicles is governed by state law. Violation of applicable statutes constitutes a Class C misdemeanor.
