This program is administered by the Office of Human Resources as part of the Employee Development Center at East Tennessee State University. The program is designed to assist university employees in improving job and lifelong learning skills, i.e., writing, math, computer literacy, English, etc. Program originated as a result of the Office of Human Resources identifying a need within the Physical Plant for basic literacy training.
