Janel Seeley
Director of Training, Title IV-E,
Department of Social Work
As the Director of Training for the Title IV-E program in the social work department at ETSU, Seeley's responsibilities include training employees for the Department of Children’s Services in the Northeast Tennessee region, as well as supervising and offering professional development for other trainers. She has a BSW from St. Cloud, MN and a MA in Adult Education from Appalachian State. She has been a certified trainer in the Natural Cycle of Learning since 1995.
