Keith A. Bailey, Ph.D. Keith A. Bailey, Ph.D. is a consultant in the Child Welfare field and has over 20 years experience working in Human Services related jobs. He has been a trainer for Holston Home for Children and has trained and consulted for the Child Welfare League of American and the National Technical Assistance Center; he also is a Professional Level trainer for Therapeutic Crisis Intervention out of Cornell University. Keith has a B.A. in Psychology from Tennessee Wesleyan College, a M.Div. from Duke University, and a M.S. in Child and Family Studies and Ph.D. in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee.
