Well, the meeting was very productive. Lolita and I both came up with some great ideas for shots and I think her magazine pics will be some of the best I've ever done.

She's really a great gal. She really loves her work, too. I've never heard anyone describe hair the way she did. Who knew there were over 100 different colors you could make your hair. Anywhere from jet black to persian white and I would love to see the person who could actually make that statement.

Uh, oh. Here comes Al again. If that man tries to save my soul one more time, I am not responsible for my actions. He has come by my spot on the beach at least 10 times, since I first sat down 3 hours ago. He's always quoting bible scriptures and telling me I need to seek the santuary of the church before judgment day.

I have nothing against religion, just the commercialism of the whole thing is what gets me. Oh well, at least Al hasn't given up, especially on Seth. It seems Al has taken it upon himself to save this man. I had the pleasure of meeting Seth on my way to the beach. A nice enough fellow, but with a monkey on his back that he couldn't seem to shake. I guess being a bartender and around alcohol all day can push a person so far before he gives in. Oh well, maybe with Al's help, Seth can return to the land of living.

I guess I should head back to the hotel and get my equipment ready. Lolita wants to start bright and early tomorrow morning, so she can have the sunrise in the shots. Wow, won't it be great to see the sun come up for a change. I think I'll just stop by that hamburger stand over there and grab a burger before heading back.

If there is one thing that irritates me most in this world, it's the site of the homeless. What has this world come too when we can't even provide enough shelter for everyone, especially children. Like that little boy standing off to the right side of the burger wagon. He couldn't be more then 5 years old at the most. Sad.

His mother just handed him a small burger with nothing on it. From the looks of her, she had scraped and begged for every dime that paid for that burger. I wish there was some way I could help them, but that would only be a temporary solution to a permanent problem.

I start to turn away and head for my rental car when a movement by the little boy catches my attention. He has moved over to stand next to a small blonde headed little girl. She looks to be the same age as the other child, but definitely not homeless. You'd know this the minute you saw the Tommy Hilfiger bathing suit she wore.

I decide to watch them for a moment and then I see something that stuns me speechless. The little boy just gave the girl half of his tiny burger. The girl didn't ask for it, but he offered anyway.

I see the boy's mother come over and he tells her what he did and she smiles. She actually smiles. I guess it doesn't matter how much money you have as long as you have a kind heart and a clear conscious.

I think I'll stop by on the way to the hotel and tell Lolita about the little boy and his big heart.
