Once we were established in the studio, there was an abundance of students at our demand. So many
students, in fact, that we held two different sessions a day. The first session was held in the late
afternoon and the second in the evening. Each session had around ten couples. What a demand. I
had never seen such interest in ballroom dance. The locals loved it. Most of the couples were of
the upper class in Savannah. Being elites of the upper class and having such hospitality was almost
unheard of. I had not been intrigued by people like this before. They just kept comming back for more
lessons. This was big. It was so big that I had totall forgotten about my initial goal to run a
scam. I was so busy doing what I liked, that the initial con-job had slipped my mind.

All this southern hospitality was getting to me. The older ladies of the town fell in love with
me. I guess it was because I was so suave and elegant, but they showed their effection with baked
pies and chocolates, which complemented my sweet tooth. I was starting to like all of this attention.
The ladies were nice, the couples were easily taught, and the town was wonderful. Of course, there
was a serial killer on the loose named Stone, but what town doesn't have it's quirks.

One night after the evening session of dance, Lizzy asked, "Well, what's the plan Rico?"

"Plan," I questioned.

"You know, who's it going to be? I thought you were planning on running a scam down here. Did you forget
about what our plan was or did this town sneek up on you?"

"I don't know Lizzy. It might sound kind of silly." I really meant what I said. I looked deep into her eyes
to get some kind of reaction from her, maybe to see what she was thinking.

"What's silly Rico. I don't know what you are talking about." She looked serious, but I didn't think it was time
to tell her what I was feeling. I mean, I didn't even know 100% what I was thinking.

"I just don't think you would understand," I said reluctantly.

Lizzy looked bothered. "What do you mean you I won't understand. You better make me understand, I'm your partner for
crying out loud."

"I just need some time. I'll tell you later. I have some things to think about." Lizzy was disturbed. You know how
women get when you won't tell them the slightest thing. And this was big, I had never kept anything from Lizzy.

About that time a young female with short black hair and pouty lips walked in the studio. She certainly did not look
like one of the locals, more like a native of the country. She said her name was Tempest. She was dressed in a
comfortable fashion, while holding a steaming cup of coffee. She had interrupted, which was fine by me. Lizzy was upset
about out unexpected guest, but soon was distracted by this mystical being.

"I was interested in some lessons. My friend takes from you and I was interested in learning the tango." Her voice
fit her appearance to a tee. Short but extatic.

She requested some brochures. Lizzy said, "I think we have just run out of all the brochures. Let me look in the office
and if I can't find any, I'll write down some times and prices for you."

Lizzy scurried off to the office. This occupied her while I slipped out of the studio to delay our conversation.
I had to buy some time away from her.
