Nina awakens in her Key West hide out. She is hungry as always and is eager to start her hunt before Vincent can start his. She dresses in her basic black leather, as a special treat for the college springbreakers, she picks out the v-neck halter top with the zipper in front.

Struting down the strip, Nina feels empowered by the stares and longing of
others. Just then, she is overcome by a strange feeling, it is threating.
She looks across the street, there is a man unlike any other. She senses
his power. He stops and looks toward her, he knows who she is. His power
is supernatural, but not like hers, he is a holy one. They stare at
each other forever while the world stops around them. Then, as though
waking from a dream, she knows he is harmless.
"No wings," She says to herself.
She gives him a deadly smile, then blows him a kiss as she walks away.
Settling into the scene at a hopping club off the strip, she quickly gets
down to business.
She thinks to herself, "Which one of these lucky brats is going to be first."
Then she spots an arrogant, distastful looking guy hitting on an equally
clueless girl.
Thinking that she could really take the "bite" out of his game, she figured
he wasn't worth it. But not too depressed, she sees a yummy number just walking
in the door. Black leather jacket with chains, she knew she could dance with
that one. Full of confidence and mystic, she glides over to him. They
immediatly engage in a seductive conversion. But, like many times, his
ego gets the better of him.
"I'm really not supposed to be here, I have an important job to do," he begins to bost.
Interested, but not really, Nina says, "Oh really, and what is sooo important."
"It's actually confidential, but you look trust worthy." Not knowing the fate he was about
to put himself into he continued saying, "I am a vampire hunter."
Shocked that this guy was so full of bullshit, or the stupidest guy
she's encountered in over 400 years. But like lighting, she was struck
by a brilliant idea. "So, you're a vampire hunter. Must be a dangerous
job. Do you kill lots of them?"
"Yeah, I get my fair share. But, don't you worry, I can smell one a mile away."
Nina rolls her eyes, "Do you want to know who I am and what I do?"
Thinking he's really getting somewhere with her, he puts on a huge smile and says,
"Sure, little lady."
"Good, then meet me tomorrow night at the little cafe' off the beach.
And I'll tell you my little secret." Seeing his eager aggrement, she gives him
a kiss on the cheek and walks away.
She delighted in herself, now she knows a way to get rid of that pesky Van Helsing! "But first," she thought, "I have got to get something to eat."
