Well, I've been here in good old Savannah for a while, and still haven't accomplished much. I just haven't been inspired to write. There are tons of interesting subjects, like that crazy girl and guy who almost ran over me yesterday. Isn't it funny that they only wave here with their middle fingers?
The good news is that I found a job. I was walking down the street, the other day, and noticed a HELP WANTED sign on the door of a bar. And talk about coincidence! I went in to apply for the job, and guess who was there? The cute girl from the gas station, in the overalls! It turns out that she bought the bar and is fixing it up to open. Well, needless to say, I used my charm and charisma to get so at least I finally have an income. Besides, I think working at a bar will be the perfect way to meet all kinds of interesting people to write about. It looks like I'm going to survive this chapter of my life after all. Now all I have to do is get focussed on my writing and start cranking out pages.
