How To Apply
April 15^th Deadline

To be eligible to attend the 2006 Geier Pre-University Program you must be a rising 12^th, 11^th or 10^th Grader, and complete the following application process:

    1.) Print a copy of the Application Form (click here for form).  If you do not have Acrobat, you can download it here for free. (www.adobe.com)
       2.) Complete the information requested on the application form.
       3.) On a separate sheet of paper, answer the required questions that are in the boxed area of the application.
       4.) Make sure all the requested signatures are obtained.
       5.) Attach to the application a letter of recommendation in a sealed envelope from someone other than a family member who can comment on your potential to benefit from the program.
       6.) Send completed Application which includes: the application form, your answers to the questions and a letter of recommendation in sealed envelope to the following address postmarked on or before April 15, 2006.

Make sure your application is complete (i.e., all essential information and signatures are present) before mailing it.  Application must be postmarked on or before the deadline  Following the April 15^th deadline a letter of acceptance or non-acceptance into the program will be mailed to you.
