Whether you are a participant or prefer to be part of the audience, your love of the arts will flourish at ETSU. A vibrant theater program offers several productions every year, including musicals. ETSU's storytelling program is recognized throughout the country and the world, and the International Storytelling Association is only minutes away in Jonesborough. Music is part of our mountain heritage. The Bluegrass and Country Music Program is one of our most unique offerings, but is only part of the entire music program, which also features jazz and choral music. You can also hear live music in venues throughout the weekend and at numerous festivals throughout the region.

ETSU's Slocumb Gallery spotlights visual arts created by ETSU students and faculty and regional artists. Gallery shows feature everything from sculpture, painting and photography to jewelry and ceramics. Our Carroll Reece Museum houses a permanent heritage collection and hosts regional shows.
