JOHNSON CITY – Prospective adult, transfer, beginning or graduate students interested in learning more about East Tennessee State University are invited to attend “Just for You,” a program designed to introduce them to the ETSU experience.
“Just for You” will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the D.P. Culp University Center ballroom. Check-in begins at 9:45 a.m.
This program shows prospective students that ETSU has the student resources, academic degrees, flexibility and affordability that they need.
During the "Just For You" Spring Open House, participants can receive personalized information on transferring to ETSU or beginning a college degree as an adult student, meet with ETSU faculty and advisers about graduate and undergraduate majors, speak with financial aid representatives, apply to undergraduate or graduate school, discover new career choices, and learn how other adults juggle work, school and family.
Two undergraduate and graduate participants will receive application fee waivers to ETSU ($15-$25 value), and two students will receive $100 book vouchers to be used after registering at ETSU. Refreshments will be provided.
In case of inclement weather, a "Snow Date" is planned for Monday, Feb. 25, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., with check-in at 5:15 p.m.
Registration is requested for “Just for You,” which is sponsored by the Center for Adult Programs and Services (CAPS) at ETSU. For registration, more information, or special assistance for persons with disabilities, contact CAPS at (423) 439-5641 or caps@etsu.edu.
