Account Balance Definitions
HELP FOR FEE ASSESSMENT AND ACCOUNT SUMMARY OPTIONS
During the Fall and Spring Semesters, fees are assessed on a per hour basis up to a maximum amount which is usually reached at twelve hours. For Summer semester, fees are calculated on a per hour basis with no maximum amount.
Rates for the fall semester are not available until after July 1. Fall fees will be calculated after this date.
Account Balance Definitions:
| Previous Balance | The ending balance on your account as of the last billing. |
| Amount Due through Selected Term | The installment currently due on your account if you have the deferred payment plan. |
| Account Balance through Selected Term | The total balance on your account without any adjustment for financial aid. |
| Total Account Balance | The total balance on your account with adjustment for estimated financial aid. |
