POLICY ON ACCESS TO FINANCIAL RECORDS
GENERAL
A. It is the policy of East Tennessee State University to provide open access to all public information. All information available on the Financial Records System (FRS) and the Human Resources System (HRS) will be made available for inquiry purposes only to those individuals who have an account on the VAX machine.
B. For information or inquires regarding the Financial Records System (FRS), please contact the Comptroller's Office at extension 9-4316. For information or inquiries regarding the Human Resources System (HRS), please contact the Office of Human Resources at extension 9-4457.
