ETSU's Film Studies Minor requires twenty-one hours of course work. A twelve-hour core is required of all minors. Students may select nine hours of elective courses to complete the minor course of study. Students must make certain they fulfill prerequisite requirements for courses; for example, the English Department requires that students complete ENGL 1010 and 1020 ("Critical Reading and Expository Writing" and "Critical Thinking and Argumentation") or equivalents prior to taking upper-division English courses. Check your catalog to learn other prerequisites.
