The Federal Work Study Program (FWSP) is for full or part-time
students registered for at least 6 credit hours a semester. Students
apply for Federal Work Study through the Free Application For
Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). When the FAFSA results are received and
student's financial aid file complete, then the student will be
evaluated for federal work study eligibility and sent an award
letter. After the award letter process is returned the student will
receive a work-study packet with the necessary paperwork needed to
complete the eligibility process. Available jobs are posted on the Office of Financial Aid
website under "Student Work
Positions". Students should then interview in the
office or department in which they wish to work. Every July job listings become available for the preceding school
year and continue throughout the school year.
