6) The Financial Aid Awareness promotions in February on campus and in the Johnson City area, along with correspondence from the financial aid office, reminded me to apply for aid early.
7) Information on ETSU's financial aid programs and scholarships was readily available on campus and online.
8) The federal financial aid policies and ETSU's procedures in meeting those policies are clearly stated and understandable in the policy and procedure brochure provided with my original award letter each year.
9) When I receive financial aid information in the mail, I read it and ask questions if I don't understand it.
10) Application procedures and deadlines were clearly communicated via printed, verbal and electronic formats.
