Graduate students must be nominated by an ETSU graduate faculty member using the nomination form. Nominations are due in the School of Graduate Studies (309 Dossett Hall – Box 70720) no later than March 14, 2008.
James H. Quillen Graduate Scholarship

Quillen Scholarships are now available for graduate students at ETSU. Graduate students who are residents of the First Congressional District of Tennessee (includes Carter, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger,Hamblen, Hawkins, Hancocke, Jefferson, Johnson, Knox, Unicoi, Greene, Sevier, Sullivan, and Washington counties) can be Quillen Scholars. To be eligible, students must complete their FAFSA application and scholarship application by March 1st.
