Activities:

• Responsible for the overall operations of the School of Graduate Studies' front reception area.
• Greets and routes all visitors to the appropriate staff member.
• Answers main phone line to the Graduate School and fields all requests/questions.
• Processes incoming mail to include applications and additional materials.
• Compiles applications into student files and disseminates them to the appropriate program specialist for processing
• Handles payroll and supply orders
