Arthur is just a literary creation, or whether he has some basis in history.

 

Jeanne Smith.  "Beatrix Potter: Not Just an Author of Children's Stories."  
This is a biographical overview of the life of Beatrix Potter, the author of Peter Rabbit.  Although best known for her children's stories, Beatrix Potter was far more than just a writer of nursery tales.                     

   

Angela Vella.  "The Life of Mary Shelley."  
This is an overview of Mary Shelley's life, especially focusing on her life's misfortunes that contributed to her most popular novel, Frankenstein                  

 

Jessica Canino Brummitt.  "Jonathan Swift: Satirist and Irishman."
Jonathan Swift was a very active Irishman in politics, religion and education.  This combination has created a superior writer, satirist and amateur comedian that has profoundly affected British Literature.
