Accounts Unlocking a locked account

Your ETSU account will automatically lock after several failed login attempts to ETSU networks and services. This happens as a result of attempting to log in with bad username or password information. This can occur if you type in wrong information or if you have a device (like a smartphone or tablet) that automatically attempts to access ETSU systems with an outdated password. If your account has become locked and you would like to have it unlocked then please contact the Help Desk.
