Windows 10 Deployment and Training Resources
Windows 10 Availability
Beginning October 1, 2016, all newly purchased ETSU Dell laptop or desktop PCs will have the Windows 10 operating system installed by default. Additionally, all lab and classroom computers will be updated to Windows 10 during the summer of 2017.
Adjusting to a new operating system can take time, and for some it can be a source of frustration. ITS wants to ensure that your transition to Windows 10 is as seamless as possible, so we are offering instructor-led training for faculty and staff through Academic Technology Services which will guide you through the process of using the new operating system quickly and easily. This training is available on demand for ETSU faculty and staff, so contact us whenever you or your office is ready and we will schedule a session that meets your specific needs. We can meet online via web conference or in person at your office or classroom, in a one-on-one session or with a whole department—whatever works best for you. To schedule a training session, contact ATS by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (439-8611).
Student help is available through the ITS Help Desk.
