Welcome to the Office of Undergraduate Research & Creative
Opportunities database of research opportunities for undergraduates.
The purpose of this database is to match undergraduate students with
researchers in all fields across the university and provide
information concerning potential research experiences. The faculty
who have posted these opportunities have included project
descriptions of specific research or creative projects to pursue
with an undergraduate student.
Students are able to browse the database in various ways,
including the faculty member's name, department, identification of
appropriate degree programs, dates of availability, and by any words
used in the description of the research. The database can help
students find a research project and faculty mentor in a field that
inspires or motivates them.
The system is designed for on-line access through current
university userid and password (valid ETSU mail or imail account).
Please remember to use ETSU\<username> when logging into the
database. For example, if your e-mail address is ABCDEF@etsu.edu,
log into the database using ETSU\ABCDEF for your username. The
password is the same as the mail or imail account password.
The database may be found at:

This database is an exciting new resource to allow students to
identify research projects that match their interests. For more
