Location: East Tennessee State University,
Johnson City, Tennessee
Program Dates: May 27th to August 3rd, 2013 (10 weeks)
Expenses: $5,000 Stipend; On-campus
housing;
Meal and Travel allowances available.
Areas of Research:
- Developmental cell biology of sensory systems
- Stem cells and tissue regeneration
- Development of cardiac and innate immune system neuroregulation
- Localization of embryonic calcium transporting proteins
- Developmental expression of calcium transporting proteins
- Ontogeny of embryonic calcium mobilization and skeletogenesis

Participants: A total of
six students will be accepted. Students must be US citizens or permanent
residents enrolled in a Bachelor Degree program. We hope to provide
opportunities for students of diverse backgrounds, so if you identify with
