How do I apply for the Midway Honors Scholars Program at ETSU?

First, complete your application to ETSU. Then, complete the Midway Honors Scholars Application.

You’ll need to:

• Provide a cover letter;
• Prepare a resume;
• Obtain three letters of recommendation (downloadable reference form);
• Prepare a response to an essay question;
• Provide official transcripts for any college work completed; and
• Submit a completed application containing all the above materials.

Specific details concerning each of these requirements are provided in the application form.  Partial applications will not be considered.

Mail your completed application TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MARCH 15 EACH YEAR to:
